Paint Schemes

YN3 The scheme introduced in 2002, blue with yellow nose and trim. YN2 The scheme introduced in 1990, blue and gray with yellow nose and trim. YN1 The earliest yellow nose scheme introduced by CSX in 1989. This scheme usually includes a yellow frame stripe. YN Yellow Nose*. CSX The blue & gray introduced in 1986, but without the yellow nose. CSX GRAY The stealth scheme, all gray with blue lettering. CSX GRAY/YN CSX Gray with a yellow nose. This scheme has a yellow frame stripe. YN1p YN1 without the yellow frame stripe. CSX GRAY/YNp CSX Gray Yellow Nose without a yellow frame stripe. PUMPKIN Orange unit used in maintenance of way service. YN1 REDBLOCK CSX Operation REDBLOCK scheme, with YN1.
